  Keith Thomas is the founder and CEO of Private Capital Investors. Mr. Thomas began his real estate career back in 1993 when he made his first investment deal on an office building in downtown Washington DC. He then joined TransAmerica Mortgage Company as an asset manager, responsible for buying up millions of dollars of mortgage notes on a daily basis. After many years on the private equity side, Mr. Thomas then moved back to the Georgetown Washington DC area, where he opened up his own residential mortgage company, and was one of the top originators in the entire USA. After being in the residential mortgage market, Mr. Thomas decided to open up his own commercial mortgage brokerage firm, and was responsible for overseeing a staff of 50 people, with concentration in the multifamily, office, healthcare, and retail shopping centers. Mr. Thomas has been personally involved with financing over 11 BILLION worth of loans over his long 30 year career. Mr. Thomas holds a BS degree with honors from Georgetown University, and an MBA in finance.
