I have been a Mod / Ska music fan for many years, i first met the band P45 at a national scooter rally last year. I asked the Essex based band if i could get them some gigs in my home town as Essex and London is to far for an evening out. I managed to secure a few venues in Portsmouth for the band and also a full bank holiday this year, the band are at a Portsmouth pub then off to the Gosport Festival followed by another pub in the evening. At this point i was asked if i would be there manager so i have grown form a fan to the manager. I have secured a few gigs so far one being the new Nuts In May festival , Cumbria . My position within the company is to locate new clients within the shopfitting industry and provide them with shopfitting trades and associated labour on a nationwide basis. As a Painter and Decorator by trade myself i have a quality pool of tried and tested decorators that i am always targeting towards decoration companies. Having been in this industry for manay years i feel that my trade back ground is price less for the provision of trades and associated labour.

My position was the building repair network within CRA - Spinnaker Contract Services. Although i have been employed to secure the interest in the provision of subcontract trades and associated labour i was asked to join the companies repair network division to assist with the business devlopment of the company.
