CurrentI started my time at MCA as an Equipment Handler within the warehouse, where I undertook responsibilities encompassing shipping, receiving, and delivering products to customer sites. Subsequently, I transitioned to the role of a Field Technician, engaging in diverse tasks ranging from basic computer installations to intricate troubleshooting and repairs. Unfortunately, due to a downsizing initiative, the field tech position underwent restructuring.Undeterred by the change, I redirected my expertise towards a role as a Technical Service Representative. In this capacity, I adeptly navigated troubleshooting scenarios, addressing issues spanning from end-user concerns to complex computer hardware challenges and offline server incidents. Eventually, I assumed the role of Team Lead for the second shift, overseeing and coordinating the team's activities."
