A very experienced Senior Operational Leader and Programme Manager, with a proven track record of delivering results and deploying major changes successfully. Developed the Business Case and led on the £70m transformational change programme of Royal Mail operations within Kent, which included the design and planning of Royal Mail's most modern Mail Centre at Medway. Upon it's opening in February 2012 led a Team of over 700 front line employees, Engineers and Managers for the next 3 years. Ended Royal Mail career as the Head of Delivery Performance, responsible for the achievement of KPI's across the South East of England’s 127 Delivery Offices which employed over 6k people.
