Keith is a co-owner/trainer at Bellmore Kickboxing/MMA in Bellmore, NY. He has a lifetime of study and practice dedicated to sports performance, both in his own athletic pursuits and as a coach/trainer for 100’s of successful athletes.Keith’s participation in sports began at age 11 when he started studying martial arts. While continuing to train in martial arts, he jointly excelled in football & lacrosse from junior high through college, achieving Honorable Mention All County honors in football his sr. yr high school. In 1994, Keith dedicated his training solely to kickboxing. Training under Chris Cardona, he won the amateur New York State Super Cruiserweight Kickboxing title in 2001. While advancing in his fighting career, Keith and Chris opened Bellmore Kickboxing Academy in 1998. Training 100’s, with wide ranging objectives, from fitness to professional fighters; Keith began mastering his skills as a trainer and coach. Over the past 15 years Trimble has perfected the art & science of striking, developing a reputation as one of the nation’s premiere coaches.Now, elite fighters throughout the U.S looking to perfect their striking game, even those with advanced skills, are training under Keith. With this knowledge and dedication to his craft, Keith’s fighters have amassed an unparalleled and almost unattainable winning percentage of .900. Keith has not only expanded his personal reputation as a coach, but built Bellmore Kickboxing-MMA into one of the preeminent gyms in the Northeast. In 2013 Bellmore Kickboxing/MMA was voted top boxing gym on Long Island.While a large part of Keith’s work is in the professional fighting arena, he also possesses excellent knowledge in exercise science & nutrition. From homemaker, to blue or white collar workers, and especially the youth, Keith takes great pride in helping all achieve their goals. From weight loss to physical conditioning, helping each client become their personal best is a victory of highest value for Keith.
