The work was in support of the Algo team and to process raw camera data, multiple CAN busses, two audio channels, and multiple ethernet links. Raw data was parsed and configured for downstream use. A major effort was required to provide and maintain the proper timestamp/sync between all of the data channels. ~ Developed a complete CAN comm library for systems employing PIC microcontrollers and the MCP2515. 2005-2007: Occupied role as chief electrical design engineer on a large in house commercial development program. My specific duties included 100% of firmware development on multiple Microchip controllers, component selection for PCB which included linear and switching boost power supplies, and control of Agilent color management chip(s).2009-2011: Developed firmware on numerous Atmel microcontrollers contained in lighting systems. Interfaced into wireless and DALI related hardware again for the purposes of lighting control.2020: Evaluation of commercial backlighting techniques.

Have occupied numerous roles there as a senior electrical engineer. Included are CMOS camera design, touch hardware and software development, LED lighting and control.

Developed Machine Vision systems for Glass Inspection. Measurements included distortion, double image, and inspection of glass after cutting.

Developed interface module for Sony DV camera. Prototyped what may have been the first cellular based camera phone in 1997. transmitted digital images across the old analog AMPS system, including through a tower hand-off.

Developed and patented the first CMOS imager based headlamp control system. Included was my invention of dynamic graphic overlays for backup cameras (path changes when turning).Developed other CMOS imager based control systems for EC mirrors and rain sensor application. Also developed numerous display and blind spot detection systems.
