Creating and pitching proposals for two business startup opportunities for the Founder/Wealth Manager, I secure funding for a startup Fintech business and an InsureTech company launching in July and September respectively.

Leading accounting, financial, and investment efforts for over 100 business entities, family trusts, and a family foundation, I partnered with the COO and President, utilizing strategic initiatives to attain financial objectives. Retaining financial oversight of a private, ultra-high-net-worth family office comprising affiliated trusts and a family foundation, I headed financial planning and analysis, cash management and accounting, administration and legal compliance, tax planning, wealth management, and investment stewardship plus auditing, reporting, and financial compliance. Supervising a 5-strong multi-disciplinary team, inclusive of a Bookkeeper, Senior Accountant, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, I reviewed multimillion-dollar real estate insurance policy renewals, enhanced coverage, and negotiated a reduction in premiums. Coordinating real estate closings for refinancing, I drafted legal documents related to operating, leasing, and investment advisory agreements. I developed models featuring financial multiples and inflationary adjustments for more than 100 companies, retained real-time knowledge of investments, reviewed and forecast tax liability, plus prepared and distributed waterfall income for owners. I oversaw 1031 exchanges and realized continuous improvement by monitoring, investing, and implementing emerging technology to improve payroll, financial, and tax reporting activities. I was selected to plan, host, and present at the Annual Meeting of officers and directors at Trog Hawley Fiduciary and was elected Secretary and Treasurer of the family's charitable foundation plus Senior Trust Officer at the Trog Hawley Fiduciary.

Leading the accounting and financial functions for a coal mining development organization, I shepherded the operation through a period of rapid growth - from a startup to a billion-dollar enterprise. Maintaining financial oversight of 14 companies plus an ultra-high-net-worth family office, I performed activities encompassing accounts payable, balance sheets, and income statement analysis, banking and brokerage accounts, cash management and royalty payments, dispersed distributions, general ledger, payroll and 3rd party invoices. Drafting an annual budget, financial reports, monthly operation statements, and financial forecasts, I liaised with Ernst & Young on the annual audit and provided intelligence that facilitated the informed decision-making of the Chairman, CEO, CFO, Senior Vice Presidents, and Vice Presidents. I was a key member of the team tasked with taking the organization public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2014. I achieved zero adjustments across my entire tenure, including complex transactions encompassing the IPO, the acquisition by Murray Energy, and the corporate restructure by Foresight Energy, LLP. I conceived a process that generated $18 million in annual funds from operating companies and royalties for the parent company's G&A expenses and was appointed to oversee the ultra-high-net-worth personal finances for the Chris Cline Family Office, completing personal accounting tasks, ensuring bank compliance, and maintaining banking relationships for multimillion dollar assets.

Appointed to the dual role of Chief Accounting Officer and CFO for Greenway Health Management, I also remained in position at The Cline Group. Executing fiscal activities and optimizing financial protocols for Greenway, The Cline Family Foundation, the Trustee of The Cline Trust Company, LLC, and Estate of Christopher Cline, I completed monthly distributions for irrevocable trusts and oversaw all daily accounting, banking, brokerage, and budgeting account, financial reporting, invoices, property sales, trust and estate tax returns, and wire transfer tasks. Reviewing balance sheets and income statements for discrepancies, I conducted cash management and liquidity analyses for all Cline accounts and liaised with tax accountants and tax attorneys to maximize the mitigation of tax liabilities. I conceived, built, and launched a pioneering approach to handling multimillion dollar trusts, leveraging a standalone entity - The Cline Trust - to control and monitor Estate and Foundation investments, financials, and accounting protocols and established 8 new irrevocable Florida Trusts in the fiduciary accounting system in 2017. Augmenting financial analysis and reporting, I integrated a new accounting software (MAS 100) within the legacy wealth management platform (Addepar), to expedite the retrieval of transactional data for each investment acquired and sold.

Advanced through successively more responsible roles from Staff Accountant to an executive position at the fourth largest coal company in the U.S. Directed all accounting functions including financial procedures, multimillion dollar budgets, and reporting for eleven coal mining subsidiaries with a staff of 15. Simultaneously, managed day-to-day operations for Administration, Purchasing, Engineering, and HR with a staff of 50. Interacted with Chairman/CEO, COO, Sr. VPs, and VPs. • Consistently received unqualified opinions from Internal Audit for the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures developed in-house and at the parent-company level.• Delivered and maintained continuous compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley during entire tenure.• Strengthened earnings / reduced financial statement expenses by removing inapplicable automatic, annual accounts payable expense accruals.
