Weekend Barista for busiest morning shifts of week. Responsible for opening the coffee shop, cash handling, dialing in, restocking, and general employee management throughout shift.

Duties included ordering of product, maintenance of storage area, marketing and promotions, dialing in daily and maintaining coffee quality, and management/scheduling of three additional baristas. Also managed back of house for employee restaurant including ordering of all dry goods and paper product, price analyses, and inventory management.
