Day to day manager of 30 Hudson Coffee Bar inside of Goldman Sachs in Jersey City, NJ. Duties included ordering of product, maintenance of storage area, marketing and promotions, dialing in daily and maintaining coffee quality, and management/scheduling of three additional baristas. Also managed back of house for employee restaurant including ordering of all dry goods and paper product, price analyses, and inventory management.
