The founding member of the firm, Mr. Waters is responsible for direction of all operations for the company, which is headquartered in Palm Beach County, Florida and encompasses associates and support personnel in locations across the country.Mr. Waters received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky and completed postgraduate work at the University of Miami. He also holds numerous certifications in non-profit fund raising, estate planning and management. Prior to founding the firm, his early career involved broadcasting work with CBS and University of Kentucky basketball and football. He later went on to establish OMM Productions, The Salvation Army’s first television production facility in the country. He has been an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Business Development Board, Economic Council of Palm Beach County and Palm Beach County Cultural Council. He also served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of the Palm Beach International Film Festival and on the Boards of several prominent organizations including The Salvation Army, Palm Beach Zoo and Wayside House. In addition, he has served as Chair of the Town of Manalapan Architectural Commission, Chair of the Zoning Commission and served 6 years as Mayor through 2023.Mr. Waters has personally worked with organizations in over 200 cities across the country, providing special management counsel to such prestigious organizations as The Salvation Army, PGA of America, Boys & Girls Clubs and other cultural, environmental, education and human services organizations. He is married to Valerie - his raison d'etre - and they have one remarkable daughter, Zoey Marie.
