Ensuring that the area’s targets for lending and sales of insurance products were met. Ensuring that the company’s correct processes were followed at all times to deliver the highest quality of advice and service.Training and Competency Supervisor: Working with the employees of a third party building society, Skipton BS. Responsible for the initial and ongoing training of staff in all aspects of financial services. Responsible for the offices within the region achieving targets for sales of insurance products including asset backed investment products. To ensure that company standards and procedures are met at all times. Regional Sales Manager: Responsible for a team of thirteen sales consultants across the south west of England, recruitment, initial and ongoing training, delivery of sales targets for all insurance backed products, adherence to the company’s sales process and compliance procedures. These consultants were based in the branches of the Portman Building Society.
