Keith started in construction fresh out of school in his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. Understanding the constant need for capital funding, Keith moved into investment banking which has accounted for his last 25 years on Wall Street and the financial market place. Keith's goal with partner Marco Gallo is to interact with institutional parties, money managers and individual investors to assure success in all domestic and international projects. He also oversees the use of funds and development expenditures as well as the contracts necessary for the Big Bear projects.

W. Keith Webb, President and CEO of Blue Water Ventures International, Inc., formally known as Blue Water Ventures of Key West, entered the field of historic sunken shipwreck search and recovery with more than 20 years of achievement in the financial industry in his arsenal of skills. He began his career as the Human Resource Director for a major brokerage firm and later, with his knowledge of the brokerage business and professional relationships gained over the years, started a small boutique mergers and acquisitions firm. With success came opportunities, which eventually led to treasure salvage in the Florida Keys.Researching the history of the 1622 Fleet shipwrecks, Keith saw an opportunity to employ his aptitudes and resources in pursuit of adventure. He assembled a topnotch crew of researchers, scientists, captain, and crew and entered into a five-year joint-venture partnership with the Mel Fisher Company, pursuing lost treasures of the Santa Margarita shipwreck. Webb and his team made worldwide news time and time again with their exciting discoveries and have since expanded the scope of their pursuits to other areas in the North Atlantic, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean
