Total responsibility for profit & loss for Swiss Post Solutions Flagship Document Input Processing (DIP) Centre inclusive of document, data management and fulfilment solutions. DIP processing centre contributes to a total divisional turnover in excess of 15 million pa which is made up of three revenue streams (document processing / records management and shredding services). Manage transformation / change program that forms a global blueprint for 4 other EU Operations giving business improvement and ROI. Implement and manage a flexible, motivated and multi skilled workforce (Circa 300 FTE) and to develop all employees in line with company objectives. Champion Business Management Systems (ISO27001, ISO9001 – 2000, ISO14001 / 2004 & BS EN 15713) as well as lead employee forums to assist in continuous improvements. Lead client Account Management reviews & implement / monitor new & existing service level agreements. Experienced with leading edge intelligent technologies that minimise the need for human intervention by streamlining labour intensive processes.
