Responsibilities: Chief Operating Officer, Longmoor Security Ltd Responsible for the day to day management of Longmoor Security Ltd, primarily a security training company, part of the Westminster Group PLC. Duties included the formulation, development and execution of corporate and hostile close protection courses and associated business development and course marketing. Conducted Quality Assurance of course portfolio and produced detailed HSE Risk Assessments. Worked closely with the commercial manager in regard to all budgetary and financial matters. AchievementsStabilised the company during a period of upheaval following the departure of the original directors.Improved the quality of the course portfolio and increased training standards.Significantly increased the number of delegates attending courses.Chaired management meetings and conferences.Worked closely with the parent company and deployed to the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Tanzania to promote and build Westminster Group business opportunities.
