Keith is responsible for overall performance and management of Titan ICT Perth. His key accountabilities include - leadership and direction, mentoring of direct reports, development planning and performance management of senior managers. He is also responsible for resource planning for the Division to meet Client current and future demands. He is also required to oversee business development activities to ensure that a pipeline exists to support agreed business growth objectives. He is also responsible for• Management of overall client satisfaction• Quality Assurance of Project Delivery• Administration of appropriate Risk Management processes related to Project Delivery• Strategic planning Some of Keith’s key achievements at Titan include;• The established Titan ICT’s engineering governance framework including;• ISO 9001 Quality Accreditation, • Prince 2 based Project Management Office (PMO)

Provide technical telecommunications expertise to the detailed design and implementation of the RTIO Voice & Data Communications Strategy.• Quantify immediate network issues identified in the RTIO V&DC strategy document and develop a prioritised schedule to implement these ‘quick wins’• Assist with the design and ongoing management of a programme of work to deliver the RTIO Voice & Data Communications Strategy – Detailed Design• Support the development of business cases and capital funding requests required to access the strategy deployment funding• Identify possible internal and external resources / specialists capable of undertaking the required work• Provide technical representation for the Office of the CIO at all Communications Infrastructure Working Party (CIWP) and Rio Tinto global Wireless Working Group• Evaluate technical proposals for communications infrastructure enhancement or establishment produced by any of the organizations who are represented in the strategy• Provide thought leadership on voice & data communications technologies and standards potentially applicable to RTIO • Coordinate research and Feasibility Assessments required to qualify the applicability of communications technologies / approaches to the V&DC strategy • Act as a technical lead / QA for subsequent ‘delivery’ projects aimed at implementing the detailed design solutions

Provide advanced, specialised engineering, high levels of technical support and administrative support to the Infrastructure MRU and Site Communications group, for the safe operation and maintenance of the voice communications systems on site for Pilbara Iron and its customers. • Advance personal competencies, skills and effectiveness • Provide training to enhance skills and competencies within Communications Group • Share advanced knowledge and experience with the communications group • Lead by example in terms of Rio Tinto values • Develop and encourage professional and effective relationships between the Infrastructure Department, its customers and contractors
