My role as Service Engineer has provided me with experience in the following areas:Inspection, repair and retesting of the majority of equipment manufacturers surface well control equipment including Wellhead systems, valves, Actuators and B.O.PsCold casing Cutting, Bolt Torquing and Hot Tapping ServicesOnshore/Offshore Wellhead MaintenanceWellhead installation, workovers and completionsI have good communication skills with the ability to think logically and creatively to deal with and resolve any problems. I have the ability to work to tight deadlines and I am also able to work independently or as part of larger team.Workscope:Close in plant and test header valves and carry out integrity testing of the valves.Close in Sub Surface Safety Valve/ AB1 bleed off pressure above and perform leak off test.Grease and function test all Xmas tree valves whilst tubing pressure is at zero. Integrity test all Xmas tree valves.Pressure test Xmas tree body to 5,000psiOperate and perform leak off test on all annulus valves.Pressure test tubing hanger voids to 3500psi. Sting 9 5/8” and 13 3/8” hanger voids for testing to 3000psi and 1500psi respectively.Repair and replace all valves and internal components (seats and gate) when required. Replace actuators as required.I have also been involved with the installation of completions as well as completing my own maintenance duties.In addition to the standard legal requirements for working offshore I currently holdIWCF Well Intervention and pressure control cert no. 03160Offshore Emergency Helideck Team member (OPITO)Helideck assistant (OPITO)
