Retail Pricing & Analytics Manager
CurrentLead a team of six pricing, master data, and category insights professionals, responsible for both strategy and execution of pricing and category initiatives across the chain. Implemented price and promotion optimization software coupled with processes and strategy to execute company-wide dynamic pricing capabilities. Partner internally with Category Managers, tailoring our data, insights, and guidance to assist in managing each of their unique business units. Direct continuous improvement and innovation in pricing & analytics. Lead Category Managers toward mutually beneficial promotions with suppliers through pre-promotion forecasting as well as post-promotion analysis. Ensure flawless execution of pricing and promotional activity at the store level. Drive item master data integrity.
