Over the last 19 years, I've developed an extensive knowledge of brewing and fallen in love with the brewing process. My passion led to developing and brewing my own recipes at home beginning about 8 years ago. Since then, I've experimented with many styles from porters to imperial stouts, pumpkin ales, IPA’s, barley wines and most recently, a saison, Belgian dubbel ale and an IPA infused with chillies. I've also helped many of my colleagues get started in home brewing and I have led a a team entry in the onsite Diageo Water of Life Brewing Completion for the years that it was organised including formulating the recipe for Copper Lid IPA which finished in 3rd place overall.As a Guinness Beer Specialist, I've had the privilege of travelling to the U.S.A. in September/October 2015 and February/March 2016 to promote release of Guinness Nitro IPA along with the rest of the Guinness Brewer’s Project releases.
