Lead a team of BI developers to design, develop and implement MicroStrategy BI reporting environment for Drug Data Processing System project (DDPS) at CMS consisting of the transition of Cognos reports to MicroStrategy while focusing on improved reporting performance and usability. Additionally responsible for V2 database layer development used by the BI environments. This includes view creation/update scripts, potential rollups/de-normalization of entities for reporting performance and query performance tuning and optimization analysis. I also ensure BI environments (Cognos and MicroStrategy) access data stored in the CMS IDR on the Teradata platform and mainframe DB2 continue to perform efficiently and effectively based upon technical and function requirements. Primary subject entities include, PDE, PDE Edits, Beneficiaries, NDC (Drug Information), Contract and Plan data. As BI Lead, I continually identify opportunities for improvements to the DDPS BI functionality including Data Mining and Predictive Analytics presented via a wide range of presentation components. As member of the DDPS Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), I support the process improvement initiatives and champion continued CMMI efforts from level 3 to levels 4 and 5. I also ensure that BI development and maintenance comply with Earned Value Management practices while utilizing Agile software development approach.

I worked to analyze client requirements while presenting and ensuring appropriate system components and expectations are included in the proposed Health and Welfare Benefits Administration solution. I provided technical sale support to six Sales Executives generating over $8.5 million in Annual Recurring Revenue and performed client presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospects. In addition, I worked with Healthcare Reform experts to ensure product capabilities and compliance regarding Healthcare Reform is effectively communicated to the business clients while working with client technology teams and third party benefits insurance providers to set appropriate expectations pertaining electronic data interchange (EDI) standards (specifically ANSI 834 Enrollment format)

As Director of RealLife Services, Keith is charged with strategically creating and delivering complementary services to RealLife HR's clients. Working closely with functional and technical teams, Keith develops and packages solutions that solve real business and HR challenges.
