Digitize.ai was a technology product startup, spun out of Independence Consulting, that leveraged Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning to accelerate healthcare pre-approval processes.

Independence Consulting was a self-funded startup management consulting firm, co-founded with a former colleague from North Highland. The firm focused on cost and efficiency consulting for large clients primarily in the Financial Services Industry. The firm was successfully acquired by Point B in 2019.

Responsible for managing key client relationships and delivery across a number of top 10 Financial Services clients. During his tenure, he launched and led the Financial Services Industry group, opened new offices and led the North Highland’s Atlanta Market.

Management and Technology Consultant at an internet startup focused on integrated marketing and ecommerce. Primarily focused on large Financial Services clients. Roles included Business Architect, Project Management and Account Lead for a Wells Fargo. Hired as part of the initial team that grow this technology startup from 25 employees to over 600 in 3 years.

Process Competency Group / Manager: Worked extensively in the Financial Services Industry on Consumer Bank transformations and commercial bank merger integration from both a process and technology perspective. Lead several Commercial Banking projects focused on post merger integration, as well as core banking systems implentations in the Consumer Banking space.
