Program Managers are responsible for coordination of project plans; budget development and approval; reporting to Steering Committee and other Executive Management groups; financial tracking; delivery status; scope control and issue resolution. Supervise Technology Project Manager, Business Analyst Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert Lead and coordinate dependencies between them. Develop and implement communication plan and change control process. Also participate in process improvement efforts to refine program management methodology.In addition to Program Management and Oversight role, also serve as mentor to Business Analyst Project Managers (BAPM) to assist them in developing into Program Managers.
