- Lead international teams, comprising of internal teams, production partners and vendors, affiliates and media agencies to plan and deliver creative assets for multi-platform projects- Developed and executed an international workflow for digital production that includes production timelines, onboarding production partners, creative production, editorial approvals, asset delivery and reporting.- Developed, executed and optimized paid amplification campaigns across Taboola, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.- Created, managed and reconciled budgets for all APAC projects (USD 5k to USD1.5m+) on Microsoft Excel and SAP Netweaver.- Tracked, organised and archived all assets (brand assets, working copies and master) in a central repository.- Sourced and onboarded all vendors and production partners with legal and finance compliance.- Tracked and licensed all stock image and video used; reported music cue sheets and post-production paperwork for all APAC projects.- Performed Production Manager duties for in-market shoots; and ensured compliance with legal, finance, health and safety laws.- Checked technical specifications of all commercials on CNBC Asia and report non-compliance accordingly.- Moved over from CNBC due to company restructuring.
