Developing these skills helps managers become more engaging with their teams. They become mentors and coaches. Creating a culture that inspires others to personally align themselves with the company and step into leadership roles. We work with mid-sized companies and Sales Leaders to help them drive sales. When we work with Management Teams; many will request training for sales. -We designed, developed, and delivered training for a new product entry for a Laboratory Company. The sales team grasp the materials quickly - not an easy task in a remote learning situation. The facilitator's knowledge of the sales process allowed the team to apply newfound knowledge and hit the ground running. -We conducted Strengthfinders engagement for a top producing sales team and their Managers. In addition to the insights gathered from the Manager, they felt it brought the team closer together.-Delivered leadership training as a part of a curriculum for emerging leaders for a retirement home with facilities across the United States. Courses included Problem Solving and Emotional Intelligence.-Executed training for a company that is a leader in the employee benefits marketplace. With new training leadership, and many changes in the organization. We delivered parts of the companies lunchtime summer curriculum. Training engagements included Clifton Strengths, Problem Solving & Creative Decision Making, Career Pathway Workshop, and Role of a Leader. A workshop on teamwork was conducted for the company Internship program. -
