I am a finance manager at a family-owned, 4th generation franchised car dealership representing Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda brands. My responsibilities include insuring accuracy and privacy of customer information, then securing appropriate financing options for the customer by negotiating with various lenders. Once financing is secured, I am also responsible for sales of back-end products designed to protect the customer's investment while maximizing profit for the dealership, and contracting the loans. My ultimate responsibility, however, is to ensure any deal secured by the sales department is consummated and across the curb. This position requires honesty, transparency, and attention to detail and is arguably one of the most important offices in the dealership.An experienced sales (inside and outside, retail and B2B) and operations professional with demonstrated ability to grow revenue within a specific market, train and supervise merchandisers, and operate all aspects of a local distribution chain. I am results-driven, with customer satisfaction the most important metric. I have strong marketing qualifications with a track record of 11 years of hands-on experience in market planning and execution, product management, routing, and sales strategies. Proven ability to successfully anticipate product requirements and to secure product placements to exceed sales goals on a continual basis, thereby enhancing revenues, increasing competitiveness, and improving customer service.
