As Lead Designer, I’m responsible for owning and motivating the development of projects from initial conception through to its launch.══ CAPABILITY ══ I revitalized our UX/UI of Web, iOS, and Android Apps through a proactive and user-focused redesign I applied a UX Review process for all of our development teams in Engineering, ensuring that the UX/Design wasn’t just the beginning of a process and that end-result quality remained consistent throughout the process until production. Paciolan has B2C component where users bought tickets. They also have a B2B component where the schools can use our software to manage accounts and fundraising. Most of my time is focused on the B2B Enterprise side.I was brought on as a Senior Product Designer and promoted to Lead Designer for a team of six designers. Engagement matters to me. I keep up-to-date on my industry and use proactive methods to empower my teams. I was asked to create a specific new Design System that could be used across all applications. I achieved this goal and the design team currently uses this system. Beyond design, I wrote the code to help ensure quality transfer from design to code. My personal goal is to create great things. As Creative Director, Lead UX/UI Designer, and Frontend Developer, I completely updated and redesigned the UX/UI of Web, iOS, and Android Apps.══ PERSISTENCE ══I spearheaded frontend development within our Agile team and rebranded the company image for optimal consumer brand recognition. I managed all of the logistics on Product Management and handled all digital and print assets in collaboration with our Design and Marketing departments. I produced a Design System that every designer on the team used for all projects and helped implement Amplitude analytics software. Amplitude helps product teams track user behavior and flows. For every feature we created, we simultaneously tracked and analyzed the feature performance, allowing us to tweak and improve as we built. I also crafted a workflow for using Abstract that is much like Github for design and allows for team organization when multiple users are working on the same files. I launched a UX Review process in Jira for every development team in Engineering. Nothing like this existed previously. After collaborating with designers to developers, the process allowed me to check-in at multiple checkpoints to ensure the product was being built as envisioned from a design and code perspective.
