Current- Founded the company to provide clients with multi-faceted solutions-approached marketing strategizing.- Work collaboratively with more than 60 long-term clients to timely complete projects based in solid market research to ensure the best marketing path, including digital and traditional marketing.- Drive traffic growth from multiple sources, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social networking, mobile, and on-site placements.- Set calendar and priority of all sales promotions for social media for enterprise.- Utilize split tests (A/B Testing) and analytics to drive online advertising while measuring message and target audience accuracy for a particular campaign. - Identify and implement strategies to generate continual paid content, including the potential and challenge of constant growth.- Maintain strategic relationships with Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and Twitter to provide platform input and capture beta opportunities- Plan and execute quarterly BaxterMind™ business mastermind group events in various locations, including United Arab Emirates, Texas, California, Florida, and Washington.- Negotiate and optimize paid advertising offers, including click-per-action based, resulting in an 80% return on advertising dollars spent.- Expand network of active advertisers from zero to 80 active advertisers.- Design training resources and teach publishers effective advertisement using PPC, CPV, Solo ads, and Display banners.- Grow subscriber base to 300 active members with one client.- Implement client retention strategies to increase retention average from 3 months to 8 months.- Test and employ automated strategies to build, maintain, and profit from 8000+ domains.- Manage the marketing budget; ensure cost effective use of resources while maintaining quality and consistency of brand image.- Hire and manage full- and part-time contract employees for various clients.
