Keith Bevans is a Partner and Executive VP of Global Head of Consultant Recruiting. During his 26+ years at Bain & Company, he has developed deep expertise in strategy, performance improvement (PI), talent acquisition and talent development. Keith was promoted to Partner in 2008 in the PI practice focusing on G&A Full Potential related to scaling organizations and process efficiency/ effectiveness. He has worked with clients, from Fortune 500 to PE-backed companies, in consumer products, retail, healthcare, technology and other sectors. As a partner, Keith led global projects related to his areas of expertise in the context of growth-focused companies, post-merger entities, and distressed companies.In 2013, after 17 years of client advisory work, Keith transitioned to talent operations and works closely with Bain’s executive leadership on human capital strategy, talent technology, org transformation, and DEI initiatives. In his operating role, he is directly responsible for the full range of consultant talent acquisition from marketing though offer acceptance. His 70+ person global team recruits from MBA programs, other advanced degree programs, and industry. His organization also develops Bain’s brand-positioning strategy in the talent marketplace, candidate engagement programming, candidate assessment processes, technology innovations, and other talent-related efforts including training/onboarding. His team leads Bain’s diversity efforts across seven ERGs and owns Bain’s talent partnerships. Keith is a founding member of Bain’s DE&I practice and still serves Bain's clients in areas that include talent acquisition, talent development, talent systems, and DEI strategies. His work in other talent areas includes leading the Blacks at Bain ERG (10 years), the Promotion Committee (5 years) and Staffing (1 year). He is also a founding member of Latinos at Bain.Keith has BS and MEng degrees in electrical engineering from MIT and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. He has served on non-profit boards including Trinity UCC (8 years), The Ancona School (12 years, 3 years as Chair), and Alternatives Inc. (3 years). He resides in Chicago.
