Keith is a well known real estate developer in Atlantic Canada. He was born and raised in Saint John, attended UNB and received a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship. His professional career began at NB Power's Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station where he worked for a few summers. Upon graduating from university, he joined Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services practice and obtained his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designations.Keith started developing real estate after graduating from UNB in 2003, and in 2007 launched his first real estate business, 'Home Improvers!' During this time, Keith expanded his expertise in real estate development and in 2008 co-founded a new group of companies under the 'HISTORICA' name. He is the President & CEO of Historica, which owns numerous buildings in Uptown Saint John. They are all high quality in the most sought after neighborhood in New Brunswick. Their portfolio consists of mixed use properties with retail, residential and office spaces for lease. Historica also offers fully furnished suites through the Historica Suites brand. Keith has received many awards over the years for his projects, and has been incredibly instrumental in Uptown Saint John's renaissance. He's extremely focused and has a real passion for business. His mission is to Flip Saint John. He's an alumnist of New Brunswick's 21 Leaders Program and the Wallace McCain Institute's Entrepreneurial Leaders Program.
