Marketing Consultants

• Responsible for managing a portfolio in excess of 140 products, which comprises of two own brands, thirteen private labels and a partner brand. • The 140 products managed, split into three product industry sectors; Dental, Hospital and Antiseptics.• Responsible for planning and executing the annual marketing and communications strategy. • Implementing a marketing strategy via distributors. • Marketing healthcare products to the global market primarily in six languages.• Managing a global marketing budget of £350K across the entire business. • Conducting market research and defining pricing strategies for new healthcare products.• Conducting media planning and management alongside external design agencies. • Responsible for the implementation of all regulatory changes in Medical Device and Biocide directives, which include the submission of design and development files to the relevant notified bodies• Responsible for the management of all product labelling (Design and update).• Representing USF Healthcare at International trade shows which includes handling the concept and the design of the USF stand and creating brand awareness. • Producing regular reports for the Managing Director on product performance and discussing on-going strategy. Key Achievements: • Designed, re-developed and successfully launched the new USF Healthcare website in six languages. • Pioneered the re-branding of the USF product range, packaging and associated collateral.• Created and executed a new environmental company concept “ECOEngage” which played a pivotal role in achieving ISO 14001 standard.• Successfully managed multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget.• Launched a new range of hospital products as a result of Unident diversifying into USF Healthcare. • Updated all 140 products with the implementation of CLP (Classification of Labelling and Packaging). • Successfully directing in the growth of the business year on year.
