• Direct Vocation Office operations and serve as a resource person for the Vocation Director• Coordinate mailing campaigns, vocational materials, and advertising programs, including oversight of the design process and layout of major publications• Serve as point of communication and informational resource for potential candidates• Oversee the office budget and keep the Vocation Director apprised of all budgetary concerns• Coordinate and make travel arrangements for all admission weekends and all other visits and interviews with potential candidates• Oversee and coordinate schedules and agendas for Province Vocation Committee and “Come and See” weekends• Maintain paperwork and documentation for candidates coming before preliminary and full Board of Admissions

• Convey an enthusiastic attitude that promotes sportsmanship, develops teamwork, and motivates children to participate in and enjoy physical fitness education• Plan and maintain annual department budget for equipment and materials• Create an energized atmosphere, while maintaining discipline and safety standards• Teach health concepts to students in fifth grade through eighth grade• Construct curriculums geared toward specific age groups and ability levels• Coach seventh and eighth grade students in basketball, volleyball, and softball• Plan and coordinate after-school sports and activities
