My role as a leader within boosst is to embody the boosst ethos and share my vast experience, integrity and passion for helping others. I'm fortunate to enjoy relationships with our Individual and Enterprise clients that are so strong that I deal with many clients today who I first met 35+ years ago; and in many cases their friends, families and colleagues.I chair the boosst Leadership Team and also sit on the Investment Committee with Josh Butten and Tim Hale.I spend a large proportion of my time helping our Individual clients to understand that ‘life is not a rehearsal’ - and that the things they want to achieve need not only a reliable Financial Plan but also Action. My favourite way to demonstrate this is by sharing my own life journey with our clients and reminding them that the Journey is as important as the Destination.Some of the highlights on my life journey so far include;• Buying and living in homes that the family have loved• Taking care of Grandma, so that she and Josh had many happy times to share• Volunteering as Chairman of Luton Rugby Club for 9 years and Coaching a very successful youth team through 11 seasons• Enjoying a long and happy Marriage to Linda• Being chosen as a torchbearer for the London 2012 Olympics• Mentoring Josh, Gabby, Tom, Mel, Riah and many others, so that outstanding Financial Planning is available to more people.By living my own life full of fantastic experiences with end Destinations in mind at all times, I hope to inspire those around me, including Friends, Family, the boosst team and our clients.I enjoy using the media of photography to store great memories from my Travels and can often be found on the Tennis court, cruising the Thames or socialising within the fantastic Village community that we are fortunate to be a part of.
