I am a Restaurant Manager at Major Food Group, one of the most influential and innovative hospitality companies in the world. I lead the daily operations of Carbone, a critically acclaimed Italian-American restaurant in New York City, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and safety. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut, and I am passionate about sustainability and environmental issues. With more than three years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, and leadership. I have contributed to the success and growth of the organizations I have worked with, such as Eataly, where I was a Front of House Manager and part of the opening team of Eataly SoHo, and graduated the renowned Hillstone restaurant group MIT program where I learned every aspect of red management from the operations and daily running of the back of house to front. I have also earned multiple certifications, such as the Manager Food Safety Certification and the Athletic Coach Certification.
