Directed multiple agile dev teams concurrently delivering features, managing dependencies across the organization. Drove development and release processes in a HIPAA and SOC 2 SDLC environment, working in both data center and Azure cloud-based architectures. Built and directed functional and cross-functional teams, leading developer hiring and interview practices, onboarding, training, and job descriptions, as well as onboarding offshore staff via acquisitions and contract agencies.Led engineering in a remediation initiative to address penetration test and vulnerability scan results, incorporating dozens of security-related items into existing product-driven roadmaps with a balanced, priority-driven approach that addressed over 100 high severity items in 8 months.Directed functional teams through significant architecture efforts, including establishing a React-based micro-frontend architecture that drove consistency and reduced implementation time for front-end work by 50%. Led the adoption of React for web development, implementing QA Automation improvements to reduce manual testing, and building the company’s first native mobile apps.Led the selection of a content management system and designed the implementation of related services to deliver translated content, culminating in a single source of content for the platform and one-touch processes to order machine or professional translations.Drove multiple critical company-wide initiatives and external customer or partner efforts, including the multi-year transition of 60+ customers to the Limeade ONE product. Defined development support processes and built and managed a global application support dev team.
