We purchase Florida Real Estate at deep discounts (wholesale) from other real estate investors, distressed home owners, real estate auctions, residential & commercial bank tapes, REO's and finally from traditional real estate listed with realtors that have been on the market 90 days or beyond. We purchase real estate between 30-60% of the current market value based on comparable homes that have sold within 1/2 mile of our subject property. We will then assign these properties for a fee or close on then and sell them to an individual at 80% of the current market value. Our purpose is to purchase and or assign 3-4 properties each month.
