Currently, I provide expertise in system administration, software and hardware upgrades, and user support, optimizing performance of PCs, mobile devices, and telecom. My responsibilities include face-to-face and remote assistance with technology for more than 800 employees, visitors, and vendors at multiple locations. I diagnose and remedy break/fix issues escalated from the service desk, image and configure new hire workstations per department requirements, trace and patch network cables, provide local support for audio/video equipment, install and troubleshoot Avaya phone system.

Primarily a front-line support position where I performed telephone and email support for more than 9,000 employees, including employee self-service queue, mobile device support, and remote laptop maintenance. I helped other department teams troubleshoot individual issues and location-specific problems. My responsibilities included setting up and configuring software Email Merge Pro and MozyPRO and supporting escalation incidents on issues relating to Microsoft System Center Configuration environment.

I initially functioned as an Electronics Technician, troubleshooting workstations and repairing, replacing, and configuring as needed. I then voluntarily assumed responsibilities for all IT functions, acting as the only in-house IT specialist and performing all IT-related work. My responsibilities included upgrading system and polices to become HIPPAA compliant. repairing network issues to improve network connectivity and capabilities. I also configured email accounts, off site online backup's, and utilized FTP site's for upload to web servers. Additionally, I maintained inventory of all supplies for repairing artificial speech devices.
