Responsible for the following brands: Roadtrippers, Campendium, TogoRV, RVillage, OvernightRVParking and Roadpass- Established the Roadpass single sign-on brand and capability making it possible to use one account to access all Roadpass products, have a single account management experience, and set the Roadpass brand up as a future third-party identity platform for the RV and Roadtrip travel space.- Launched “Bonfire” our in-house design system for all new product and feature development, along with consolidating the design team into a single department to ensure we are committing to our user-first product design process.

Responsibilities included consolidating the development process, growing an internationally distributed development team, architecting product integration across multiple discrete technology platforms, and establishing the vision and technical direction for future integrations and product features.- Developed the Roadpass Account which is now used as the main Single Sign On for all Roadpass applications with an eye towards becoming an identity provider for other travel applications.- Developed cross-brand APIs to enable data sharing between applications, centralizing subscriptions and creating a single source of truth for all Roadpass users.- Grew the engineering team from 35 when Roadpass was established to a team of 70 individuals, through product acquisitions, "full-time" contract hires, and product expansion.- Consolidated the engineering infrastructure which lead to a 50% reduction in hosting and development costs

Responsible for ushering in a new digital and technology strategy across the largest owned RV rental operator in the world with businesses in New Zealand, Australia, the USA, and the UK, including:- Developed the new booking and asset management platform, which encompasses thl's rental management system, with sophisticated schedule management systems, dynamic pricing engine, a detailed view of the back of house operations and a completely new booking engine that puts the customer first.- Introduced tablets and custom applications into all of our NZ and AU fleet in an effort to improve overall customer satisfaction, reduce on-road care support calls and sell additional products/services. In addition, integration with telematic devices allowed us to provide real-time driver feedback, improving the overall safety of our customers.- Created the first DevOps team to move from a managed hosting solution to a much more globally distributed cloud solution. We were able to roughly save 30% monthly on hosting after the migration was completed, while still improving the overall speed and uptime of existing applications.- Moved our hosted application solutions to enterprise Saas solutions, reducing overall support costs, improving reliability, allowing us to better meet our internal customer needs. - Provided technical guidance and management of the development of Mighway, a peer to peer RV sharing company started by thl.

Responsible for the integration of the MyEdu features and functionality into the Blackboard ecosystem of products.

Responsible for the following roles and teams:- Chief Software Architect - Responsible for the technical strategy and implementation to meet current and future product requirements. Built on open source frameworks like: JQuery, Backbone.js, Marionette.js, PHP, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, MySQL.- Development Manager - Built a team of highly motivated engineers, consisting of a mix of senior and junior developers with a commitment to quality, technical excellence, and on time delivery.- Business Intelligence - Managed the team responsible for building the data warehouse used by the organization to make crucial business decisions. Design and implement strategies that integrate third party tools to provide additional information to product managers and business leaders.- Development/Production Operations - Lead team responsible for architecting the production server strategies to maintain MyEdu’s high availability and application performance. This includes all big data, search, and cloud infrastructure implementations and initiatives.- Quality Assurance – Developed QA technical strategy for product quality assurance through both automated and manual testing frameworks.

- Built a team of software developers focused on producing high quality products for a large user base.
