I am a "jack of most trades" and "master of a few others". Growing up as an "Army brat" I have learned to adapt and adjust to anything that is pitched my way.My first "real work" was in petroleum exploration within various Rockies basins. I have consulted in tar sand development in Uinta Basin, Utah, put together drilling and development deals for oil and gas prospects in Utah and Kansas, and explored for gold in southwestern Colorado. I have authored numerous publications on Utah petroleum.Formerly worked in residential construction, real estate sales, and subdivision development. I was licensed at real estate sales. I was also licensed as a real estate title examiner and escrow agent. I assisted individuals and companies through the entire process of developing raw land into developed properties (evaluation, negotiation, purchase, permitting, engineering, building, and sales).On the side, I have assisted small business owners (less than 5 individuals) develop business plans, "back test" the plans for reality, walk thru the financing, permitting and regulations, work through start up realities and potholes, and then let the owners fly.i have my new adventure.
