My research was used to create a decision matrix for our team with certain countries that show opportunity by looking into urbanization growth forecasts, population forecasts, and disposable income. I collaborated with my team to create two presentations which consist of a Porter's five forces analysis, PESTLE analysis, PPG analysis, Sogeti analysis, global analysis with specific target markets, and proactive technological solutions for PPG to utilize to gain an early advantage within the industry. I have valeted over my summer and winter breaks from 2019-2022. I was a runner for Citrin, so that involved me parking customers cars as well as running to pick them up from our lots. A major part of my job also involved me opening doors and being friendly to everyone I saw to create a nice hospitality for the restaurants I valeted for, even if they did not use our service. Therefore, my communication skills improved exponentially with not only customers, but people in general and helped me grow from being a naturally introverted person to becoming much more extroverted as I had conversations with numerous customers every shift.
