• Responsible for a portfolio covering 3,500 square miles worth nearly $11.5 million a year• Manage five District Supervisors, three administrative positions and up to 450 front-line employees supplying janitorial services in commercial, retail, and residential buildings• Duties include sales development, proposal-writing, and presentations• Manage expenses, wages, billing, receivables, and purchasing• Provide strategic and tactical guidance on business and client relationships, including start-up accounts• Develop talent to improve leadership and performance capabilities through training• Present monthly labor control reports to management• Perform quality assurance walk-throughs with property managers• Analyze financial statements• Work loading and bid analysis.
