SWCC, pronounced "swick," are U.S. Navy Special Forces that fall under the U.S. Special Operations Command umbrella. As a SWCC Operator, was responsible for operating and maintaining an inventory of well armed, state-of-the-art, high-performance boats and utilizing those boats to execute and support global special operations missions beyond the capability of conventional military forces. Primarily responsible for planning and executing various clandestine missions, maritime & inland, in support of joint special operations, to include maritime interdiction missions, infiltration and ex-filtration of Navy SEALs and Special Operations Forces, direct action missions, and special reconnaissance.As a SWCC POIC was responsible for leading, training, & mentoring teams of SWCC operators, planning & executing special operations missions & all related logistics, and maintaining accountability, fiscal responsibility, & maintenance of all mission related equipment and supplies. Areas of expertise and proficiency include planning & executing special operations missions, briefing, presentations, interfacing with other military forces, government agencies & foreign government agencies, worldwide logistics, aircraft load planning, hazardous materials and explosives certification, explosive driver/transporter, weapons, complex dynamic shooting & movement, calling for aircraft fire support, range safety officer, optics, tactical communications, computers, video & surveillance, UAV's, international navigation, land warfare & survival, water proficiency & survival, physical fitness & conditioning, combat medicine, boat mechanics and electronics, electrical & electronic repair, diesel engine mechanics, and training & mentoring personnel.http://www.sealswcc.com/
