With a career spanning over 30 years in design and engineering, I've built a diverse and adaptable skill set that covers the full lifecycle of product development, from concept through to final delivery. I graduated with a degree in Industrial Design in 1990, and my journey has taken me through various roles in consumer products, automotive design, and now, data center cooling technology. My early career involved design and technical support at Jaguar Cars, where I trained engineers on 3D CAD software, eventually transitioning into contract design engineering for major automotive firms, including a project management role at Pininfarina in Italy.Since 2009, I’ve been with Iceotope, joining as the company’s first design engineer when we were a team of 3. I helped build a revolutionary product from scratch, taking an initial idea through prototyping, into production, and on to a scalable solution. Today, as Head of Client Delivery, I manage everything from customer engagement to installation, working closely with clients to ensure they receive the quality and results they expect. My experience covers an extensive range of skills, from design and engineering to project management, customer service, and team building.My approach is rooted in resilience, optimism, and meticulous planning, which has proven invaluable given the high level of independence, varied challenges, and customer-facing responsibilities of my role. I believe in the power of clear communication and adaptability, especially when faced with complex, time-sensitive challenges. Over my career, I’ve learned the importance of empathy, patience, and humility—qualities that allow me to connect meaningfully with clients, peers, and colleagues.As a Mental Health First Aider, I am committed to fostering openness and support, not only in my professional life but also within my community. Outside of work, I am a husband, father, and advocate for neurodivergent families, with a strong commitment to balance and well-being.I strive to approach every day with enthusiasm and purpose, knowing that each interaction and challenge is an opportunity to grow, support others, and create value.
