Managed direct reports consisting of 1 Senior Operations Manager, 2 Regional Managers, and 16 District Managers with a staff of 2,000+ operating in 200 locations nationwide.

Directed the complete operations of the Northeast, Ohio Valley, and Midwest territories, including Sales, P&L, and JCPenney relations. Managed 9 District Managers with operations in 100+ studios and annual sales of $24M+.

Directed the operations of 12 studios in TN, AR, LA, and MS.
