In roles from business development, market and segment strategy analysis, to capabilities assessment and expansion, I thrive in roles that transform how businesses solve client problems.The maturation of my career began with an interest in high growth, entrepreneurial business where I learned sales and marketing strategies, business management, and building agile companies that fit a need in the marketplace. Owned and operated an Inc500 honoree firm in outsourced supply chain solutions and learned invaluable lessons about diagnostic selling and the importance of data driven decision making. Then I became more fluent in assessing gaps/weaknesses in large scale, complex reverse supply chains and how to apply current and emerging capabilities within the organization to generate tangible financial returns to both Jabil and the customer. With this foundation, I participated in long term strategic planning activities, business solutioning, and driving innovation for the business unit to accelerate growth.In my current role at Jabil, I shifted my focus from business solutioning and operations to the growth space of Sustainability.
