Keith Dempsey is the head of cybersecurity operations & incident response at Ro, a direct-to-patient healthcare company providing high-quality, affordable healthcare without the need for insurance. Ro is the only company to seamlessly connect telehealth, in-home care, diagnostics, labs, and pharmacy services nationwide.Prior to joining Ro, Dempsey was the head of cybersecurity operations at Datto, the worlds leading provider of cloud-based software and security solutions purpose-built for delivery by managed service providers, and was an analyst at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. Through Datto and Bridgewater he developed a broad vision and a deep understanding of adversary tradecraft and operational expertise. Responsible for detection and response to all varieties of anomalous behavior on these networks, he was involved with a variety of innovative solutions to track and defend against sophisticated adversaries both internally and externally.Dempsey is an ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Certified Law & Data Security Specialist (GLEG), Cybersecurity Strategist (GSTRT), Malware Reverse-Engineer (GREM), Digital Forensics Analyst (GCFA), Incident Handler (GCIH), Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), and Penetration Tester (GPEN). Dempsey received his Bachelors degree in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University in 2011.
