APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist living and working in Melbourne, Australia. I am currently working in a full time capacity at the Melbourne Football Club as Rehabilitation Coordinator and Physiotherapist and part time at LifeCare Prahran Sports Medicine Clinic.I have previously worked as Sports Physiotherapist to the Australian Womens Volleyball team, Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) Mens and Womens Hockey teams, was interim Rehab Physio at Melbourne Demons FC during the 2020 AFL season and also High Performance Manager at University Blues FC. These experiences have helped me develop a strong diagnostic skill set, enhanced my clinical decision making, developed my sport specific reconditioning prescription as well as overall strength and conditioning knowledge. These experiences have also continually developed my collaborative and communication skills whilst working within a High Performance team. I still have plenty to learn and am always eager to learn and keen to take any development opportunities where possible.I am dedicated to evidence based practices and enjoy working with a range of Sports/MSK injuries be it assessment, management or rehab. I have previously worked in research at LaTrobe University Sports and Exercise Medicine Research Centre (LASEM), which included my first publication (co-author) in the Physical Therapy of Sport in 2021.
