Leads conceptualisation, development and conduct of various research programmes for the Institute.

● Handled official reporting, cable writing, data management, data analysis, and evidence-based research in digital economy and cybersecurity portfolios including telecommunications, cloud, fintech, 5G, internet governance, and emerging technologies.● Programmed and arranged over 30 special missions and events for active collaboration between the U.S. and the Philippines, including portfolio outreach activities in education and capacity building, reverse trade missions, investment promotions, and public-private partnerships. ● Managed the Joint Cybersecurity Working Group—a U.S.-Philippine public-private partnership for information security—and growing the group from 20 to over 400 cybersecurity stakeholders in Manila while programming activities such as monthly meetings, briefing for policymakers and legislators, and awareness campaigns.● Established and maintained professional relationships and diplomatic connections with business leaders, international organizations, and key officials from the U.S. and Philippine governments.● Awards and Recognitions: Received Mission Honor Award (November 2019) in recognition of outstanding performance in advancing key economic objectives and strengthening cybersecurity in the Philippines; Eagle Award (April 2018) in recognition of sustained and proactive support to the Joint Cybersecurity Working Group and enhancing the security and resiliency of the Philippines and United States.

• Handles reporting on entrepreneurship, civil aviation, digital economy, and cybersecurity.• Provides technical support to the Joint Cybersecuriy Working Group (JCSWG)• Maintains professional relationships with government and private sector stakeholders.

● Co-authored 11 public policy research papers and assisted on the conduct of numerous evidence-based development projects on government initiatives, including infrastructure, logistics, and energy. ● Handled data management, data analysis, and program management for impact evaluation projects.● Facilitated consultation with government partners and key industry stakeholders in various sectors.
