Responsible for creating schedules, timelines, ROM estimates, employee and resource allocation, as well as hiring and training of new staff. Additional tasking includes supervision of purchasing staff, creating business and marketing plans, producing job descriptions, and working with Production Manager to streamline interaction between design and construction.• Implemented Best Practices design guidelines to reduce development time of new projects. Centrally located on the server, this series of drawings identified material specifications, motor integration packages, pump selection criteria, control enclosure layouts, critical press layout procedures, and more. This is a heuristic system designed to allow new engineering staff to get up-to-speed and productive quickly and efficiently. • Led design team through the development of the Model 800 Press System. This fully automated multi-layer filter press was custom ordered by the French Company, Darégal. Working closely with production engineers at Darégal we created a system allowing a single operator to wash and reduce produce, load the press, extract and collect product, and remove the waste pomace. Project was completed on-budget and in a short timeline; 5 months to design, manufacture, test, and install the equipment in France.• Responsible for the development of the CB600 bottling system. Designed for small-scale juice producers, this compact bottling system integrates all sub-systems necessary to feed and orient bottles, fill, sort and install caps, torque, and collect 4-16oz juice bottles. System utilizes on-board air compressor, pneumatic station actuators, on-board pump unit, table-top and L-bend conveyors, multiple sensors, and HMI/PLC controls. Utilized laser-cut, bent, and welded construction to minimize fabrication costs.

The Model TT suited to counter-top operation and the Model 3400 an industrial installation with remove storage tanks, waste removal systems, CIP provisions, and OSHA approved catwalks surrounding main structure.• Specification, evaluation, and Integration of hydraulic pumping units, associated plumbing, and controls.• Design of formed sheet metal, weldment, and machined component parts and assemblies. • Generation of production level prints in accordance with ANSI/ASME Y14.5M and company standards.• Customer Service point-of-contact for technical questions. Extensive experience working with customers to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, evaluate warranty claims, and coordinate appropriate service responses.
