Throughout my experience working on various contracts, I have had the privilege of collaborating with dynamic production teams in delivering hundreds of successful live shows. My responsibilities include taking artists from the studio to the stage, building and maintaining a productive and creative environment, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives. I am also responsible for maintaining open communication channels between departments to keep production schedules on track and ensure that all team members are working towards the same objectives. I am heavily involved in the creation, approval, and execution of show deliverables within the show's timeline and have developed strong relationships with team members including creatives, crew, venues, vendors, suppliers and artists. My expertise in building, maintaining and managing technical touring packages for international acts, such as Billie Eilish, Tori Amos, Beck, Better Than Ezra, Gallant, COBRAH, ShyGirl, Hollywood Undead, Time Flies, and more, has been critical in ensuring that live events run smoothly and are executed according to the highest standards.

I have attained many real-world production skills by being hands-on with production project management. This includes issuing assignments to creatives, optimizing workflow, and ensuring projects to completion. I maintain creatives' schedules and communicate regularly with clients for maximum production effectiveness. I also plan and develop the company, including target marketing, managing invoices, business accounts and subsidiaries, assets, and clientele satisfaction. Additionally, I serve as the executive producer overseeing the house's commercial music production.

Additionally, I worked with Berklee Faculty during Finland's audition process for incoming students.
