As the Editor in Chief of The Outerhaven Productions, my role is to ensure that our team is up to date with the latest ongoings in the geek culture and video game industry. This covers writing news pieces, conducting reviews and previews on technology/hardware/video games, as well as setting up interviews and schedule attendance for events such as PAX, Comic Con, IndieCade and more.I also am the team's CTO and handle all the technology needs. From the web server maintenenace, to keeping the site updated and making sure that we can serve our readers better.

As the Technical Solutions Administrator, I am able to use my talents that involve administrating VMware ESXi, Microsoft Windows, Linux (Centos/Redhat), and utilize them to better assist Hosting.com customers. In addition to this, I provide knowledge and guidance to our customers and internally with other support teams within the organization.

As a Change Implementation Manager I was tasked with reviewing the systems / environments of either potential or new customers to Hosting.com and then provide feedback and assistance on making their migration into our datacenters a seamless experience. We located hotspots and either assisted in correcting them as they were on-boarded of if they were out of scope we provided our findings to those customers and worked on a gameplan that would eliminate the most severe issues.This included both Windows and Linux environments and either provided assistance migrating them to either a bare metal or virtualized environment.

The Cloud System Administrator is responsible for the quality and performance of Virtualization platforms. They will take direction from the Cloud Services Manager and the manage the Virtualization Team Lead, and work jointly with other Cloud Administrators. - Configuration And Quality Assurance Checking of pre-production VMware based hosts and clusters which includes DRS and HA availability services.- Installation of physical and virtual Linux servers running on ESX 5.0, 5.1 and 5.5- Troubleshooting related VMWare issues- Maintaining VMware environment- Working with multiple departments and support teams when assistance is needed with any hosted VMware based clusters, hosts or virtual machines.
