Turnover for 2009 was £6.2m and for 2010 £6.5m with 2011 aiming to achieve £6.7m despite enduring the tough economic climate.Responsible for:*Launching new food and beverage concept into the hotel to replace the traditional bar, lounge and restaurant 'the space'. This was the 3rd project in the UK and cost £380k. Intricate planning, training and market research was undertaken.
