As head of Puget Sound development for Microsoft’s Real Estate & Security group, Keith led its multi-billion-dollar Redmond campus modernization project from startup through design and early construction. He oversaw a 250-person cross-disciplinary team of development managers, architects, contractors and consultants that are executing Microsoft’s vision for its new campus.

As part of the Global Real Estate Integrator team, I was accountable for the delivery of Microsoft's real estate projects in North and South America including owned campuses and leasehold locations. Notable projects located in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Monterrey, Santiago, Lima, Los Angeles, Boston, New York City, Washington DC, Vancouver and Toronto. I led, trained, and mentored a team of geographically dispersed program managers that where responsible for delivering the capital plan. Close collaboration with transaction and finance groups was required to develop comprehensive multi-year portfolio planning strategy including bid pipeline, quarterly program deliverables, lease triggers, capital budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.

Directed the development of office, industrial and hotel properties throughout the Phoenix area. Responsibilities included coordinating entitlements, managing design and construction activities, organizing utility company service extensions, establishing and maintaining schedules and budgets, coordinating lease proposals, overseeing LEED certification, and reporting monthly to all project stakeholders.

Provided technical expertise in the design of curtain wall and exterior cladding systems for high-rise residential and commercial projects throughout the West Coast. Established and managed the company’s Phoenix office, maintaining the company’s presence in the region, generating new business and sustaining business unit profit.

Managed all aspects of assigned projects including design consultant coordination, document production and construction administration.
